Team Placements 2011

Congrats everyone on easily the best team placement we've ever had. I was so impressed by the number of people who stepped up to the plate and threw skills for the first time.

Now, things you need to know BEFORE looking at team lists:

-I expect EVERYONE to act with grace. I don't want to see bragging or moping online.

-We, as coaches see it as our responsibility to make ALL our teams successful within their level. We place athletes with the teams' best interest in mind. We give great thought to ratio of bases to fliers, tumbling majorities, etc.

-Teams are fluid. We will move people up or down as works best for the teams. If you feel we made a mistake by not placing you on a certain team, we're much more willing to re-think team placement if you SHOW US you can perform above a certain level, rather than TELLING US.

-Everyone who tried out should see their name on one of the lists below. If you do not please email me at Jami@nileselite.com as there has been a mistake.

-I know many athletes are in a hurry to make it to new teams. Please realize that in order to be on a new team, you need to MASTER all the skills in the previous level.

-If you do not have the recommended tumbling skills for the team you are placed on, I expect you to be tumbling at least once a week in addition to team practices.

Like I said before, these teams are phenomenal on paper. Let's put our hearts behind them and make them phenomenal on the floor.
