Even Santa's sleigh couldn't fit all the ribbons Niles Elite teams won at Regionals!
On December 8th, Niles Elite teams traveled to Grand Rapids to compete in the Western Regional Young Champions competition. We are very proud to announce that ALL Niles Elite teams placed in the top 3 of their division, with most divisions being over 20 teams deep!
Our youngest team, the Niles Elite Twinkles, showed of their "witchy" side with an incredible routine! They earned third place in their division, and our first bid to the State Championship.
Starlight took the floor next. Even with only 19 members, they "bowled" EVERYONE over and even outscored teams more than TRIPLE their size, to take home first place and another bid to the State Championship.
Shining Stars hit the mat with incredible energy. Even with some last minute changes, the routine was the best they've ever done, and they placed second in a very tough division. They are also joining us at the State Championship.
Shooting Stars turned up the heat on the entire Deltaplex. They did a great routine and took home third place, and will be compete at the State Championship.
RED was our last team of the day, and they were the talk of the competition! They hit a fantastic and incredibly difficult routine, and placed first in their division. They will be representing us also at the State Championship.
What can we say? We've truly NEver been BETTER!
